Lisa Fredriksen joins as Head of Real Estate & Development

Unicorn Hospitality Group is proud to announce the appointment of Lisa Fredriksen as Head of Real Estate & Development, marking an important step in the company’s European expansion and growth strategy.
With more than 20 years of experience across banking, real estate, and hospitality development, Lisa brings a strong combination of analytical skill and strategic insight. She has worked on a wide range of projects across the Nordics and Europe, including real-estate structuring, investment, and hotel development for both private investors and institutional clients.
In her new role, Lisa will lead Unicorn’s initiatives within operator search, new hotel openings, and real-estate partnerships — connecting owners, brands, and investors in smarter, more collaborative ways. Her appointment further strengthens Unicorn’s ambition to become the go-to partner for Hotel Operations-as-a-Service (HOaaS) and turnkey hospitality solutions across Europe.
