Unicorn takes a big expansion jump adding on more hotels in Europe

Since autumn 2023 we have been very busy setting up housekeeping and hotel service operations with our lovely hotel partners both in Austria and in Denmark.

We managed to have operations up and running in Vienna just in time to experience the beautiful christmas markets in between opening a brand new 56-unit apartment hotel with our loved business partner, numa group. The hotel is centrally located in the very lively Vienna district, Maria Hilf. It features chic and modern boutique apartments for travelers who wants to explore the Austrian capital. Now going into april we are adding on 2 more hotels in the city operating the housekeeping and cleaning part of these hotels.

Also in february we took over the housekeeping services in a portofolio of smaller hotels in Salzburg. Here we have 3 hotels and 3 charming houses with larger hotel apartments. There are some real pearls here for visitors to enjoy! Still there is more in the pipeline coming up for this summer in wonderful Salzburg.

Copenhagen in Denmark is know to be the "Kings City". And we are thrilled to already be operating housekeeping in the new Bob W hotel, Bob W Østerbro. A former Anthon Bergh chocolate factory is transformed into a vibrant and stylish lifestyle hotel. Heritage and comfort is combined to welcome cool travelers in this 165 unit building! This is very Copenhagen style with tons of local story - and of course with the Bob W himself.
