Unicorn Hospitality Group is proud to announce the appointment of Kjersti R. Ulstein as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking a defining moment in the company’s continued growth and transformation across Europe.
With a distinguished career in hospitality and leadership, Kjersti brings over two decades of experience from international hotel operations, people development, real estate and strategic management. Her expertise lies in building high-performing teams and translating vision into scalable, operational success — qualities that align perfectly with Unicorn’s next phase of expansion.
As CEO, Kjersti will take overall responsibility for Unicorn’s group operations across its European markets, driving both performance and innovation within the company’s rapidly growing Hotel Operations-as-a-Service (HOaaS) model.

Under Kjersti’s leadership, the company will strengthen its focus on scalability, leadership culture, and long-term value creation — building the framework for sustainable growth in both existing and new markets.
